I used to meet and enjoy a lot of company, now separated for 2 years and looking to find a friend or a lover, a ski mate, sail mate or soul mate.

I like Kipling and Betjamin, Dawkins and Darwin, Kate Rusby, Marylin Manson, Salif Keita, Sheila Chandra, Steve Earl and The Who. I enjoy food and cooking it, even growing it and catching it. . a fresh sea bass on a quiet mooring with a cold bottle of something as the sun blushes the evening sky is – well rare, but good.

I suppose I am looking for someone who I can enjoy all aspects of my life with, but who also brings new things for me to enjoy. The fun of a new friendship is learning from each other.
