If the behaviour of another member is giving you cause for concern, please complete the form below choosing the option "Report a member for inappropriate behaviour" with as much detail as possible. All complaints are treated in confidence. At our sole discretion, we may warn, suspend or delete any member's profile where allegations of inappropriate behaviour have been reported.

Serious incident

If you need to report a more serious incident, such as an attack, a missing person, or if you feel that your safety is at immediate risk, then we would always advise you to contact the police immediately. Then let our Customer Support Team know using the form below choosing the option "Report a serious incident". A senior member of our support team will respond as quickly as possible.
